Introduction
Please read these terms and conditions contract carefully before using the services of Bouqui Glam House. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our services, and by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
Services provided
- Our bespoke tailoring business offers custom-made clothing services, including party
dresses, evening wear, birthday dresses, white wedding dress, civil and traditional wedding dress. - We provide consultations, measurements, garment selection, fabric choices, fittings, self design, dress embellishments, hip padding, waist snatching, alterations, and other related services necessary for the creation of customized garments.
Ordering processes
- To initiate an order, you must schedule an online appointment with us via our Instagram page or WhatsApp, where we discuss your preference, provide an advice on fabric choice, style and design option.
- A deposit may be require to secure your order (60% of the agreed amount) and the remaining balance will be paid upon completion of your garments, before delivery is made.
- Note that this deposit is non refundable after the cooling off period in our SECTION 8 as we would have disbursed the money to different vendors after these cooling off period so as to get the necessary materials needed to make your dress and sort out other expenses for your dress.
Measurements and fittings
- For a garment to fit properly, precise measurements are essential. During the initial consultation we will obtain precise measurements either virtually or physically.
- The complexity of the garment(s) and the specific requirements are taken into account while scheduling fittings. It is your duty to show up for the fittings on time.
Fabrics and materials
- We will request for you to bring your fabric material if you have one already. If you do not
have your own fabric material(s) we are happy to source the fabric material(s) for you provided that the price we concluded will adjust as ti will now include the fabric material(s)
cost – In this process we will share with you the different fabric material(s) we’ve sourced, and once you’ve selected your most preferred fabric material(s) we will purchase it. - If you provide your own fabric, we are not responsible for any defects, inconsistencies, or limitations in the final product resulting from the quality or suitability of the fabric.
Completion and delivery
- During the meeting, the timeline for finishing your clothing will be discussed. However, delays could occur due to external factors like fabric availability, customer demands for customisation, or unforeseeable events.
- If there are any significant delays, we will do our utmost to notify you and attempt to find mutual beneficial solutions.
Alteration and adjustments
- After the garment(s) are finished, if any little alterations are needed, we will offer appropriate alteration services at no extra charge.
- Substantial revisions or changes that go beyond the agreed-upon design during the initial consultation may result in extra fees.
- During the fitting session with us, you must confirm with us if you are satisfied with the fit of your dress because after the fitting and collection of the dress, we will consider our business transaction concluded at this time and we will not be responsible for any defect on the dress after collection.
Pricing and payment
- During the consultation, the costs for our custom tailoring services will be discussed and decided.
- To begin the order, we will demand a deposit that we will decide upon. Unless we fail to perform our duties under these terms and conditions, the deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance shall be paid upon completion of the garment(s) and prior to their release or delivery.
Cancellation and refund
- You must provide us prompt written notice if you desire to cancel your order.
- Unless we fail to meet our duties under these terms and conditions, the deposit paid at the time of order is non-refundable.
- Cancelling an order after work has started on it may result in additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
- According to consumer right Act 2015, our client will be allowed a 14 days cooling off period if your order is within a 3 month time frame. 24 hours cooling off if your order is
within Aweek to 5 weeks, 48hours cooling of fi your order is within 8weeks.
Additional
Make sure to observe your dress vividly when you come in for fittings, Once your fittings has been done and you collected your dress from us, you can not bring it Back later for additional alteration else at extra cost and you have to wait till we book you in for a date before bringing your dress back, you can not just show up without booking you in.

kindly let us know at the time of deposit if you do not want to appear on any of our social media page. after we make your dress as we will like to put any nice pictures we get from you on our page. Website, TikTok or Instagram.
