Return Policy

Please read these terms and conditions contract carefully before using the services of Bouqui Glam House. These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our services, and by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

We maintain a 30-day return policy applicable to all products, with the exception of Made-to-order Products and Bespoke Products. If your order qualifies for this return policy, you are entitled to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was received—unworn, unused, with tags and hygiene seals intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bouquiglamhouse.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend retaining your postage receipt, as we cannot be held liable for any products lost in transit. Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon receipt. Should you discover that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we may assess the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain categories of items are non-returnable, including custom products (such as Made to Measure, Made to Order purchases, or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, all items from our Secret Sale Selection are non-returnable. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The most efficient method to obtain the desired item is to return the item currently in your possession. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, informing you whether the refund has been approved. You will receive a full refund for the product value, excluding delivery costs, unless the order is canceled prior to shipment. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Made-to-order Products
